Policy Payments
All premiums charged for purchasing insurance through Aaxel insurance Brokers Ltd. are due on the inception/effective date of the policy. You may pay your premium in any of the ways indicated below.
If you received a notice of cancellation or payment notice from an insurance company, please do not make any payment through our website but pay your insurer directly. To access your insurance company portal, please look at the bottom of this page. In case you need assistance, please contact your servicing broker.
- Credit Card Payment
- Not Available unless you paying directly to an insurance company.
- Payment by Cheque
- Please make sure that your check is payable to Aaxel Insurance Brokers Ltd.
- We firmly recommend issuing a crossed check or bank draft
- You are required to bear a service charge of $100 per Non-Sufficient Fund (NSF)
- E-Transfer
- We can accept electronic transfer only if the payment is due in more than three business days and payment is for reasons other than NSF replacement
- Please remember to share your Name, Policy Number, Invoice Number, name of your insurance broker, and reason for your payment transfer with us by sending a message to accounts@aaxelinsurance.com
- Please note transfer of payment does not bind coverage or any change concerning the same unless we confirm you in writing
- Billing by an Insurance Carrier
If you are billed directly by an insurer, you may visit its website for online payment.
